She holds an M.A. in Journalism and Communication Science from the Free University of Berlin, where she studied mobilisation strategies and topics of populist and anti-democratic actors in digital networks.
Iris Boyer, ISD's Senior Advisor for France, has extensive experience in mobilising multistakeholder networks against extremism, disinformation and polarisation, and advocating for online harms regulation.
