Richard is an Analyst focusing on the research of extremism, FIMI, disinformation, and platform regulation, with a particular specialisation on the Digital Services Act. His research looks at emerging disinformation strategies, platforms, and technologies by combining digital research methods with a policy and regulatory perspective. Richard has presented his findings to international NGO experts, media outlets, and both national and supranational bodies, including the German Bundestag, the European Parliament, and the European External Action Service. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Vienna and an MA in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles.
