Oscar Portillo-Meza is a Spanish-language Digital Research Analyst at ISD US, where he specializes in analyzing digital ecosystems and addressing online harms affecting diverse audiences in the US. Prior to joining ISD, Oscar worked with civil society groups, academic institutions, and various political entities to understand Latino/Hispanic public opinion and attitudes on a range of issues. He studied history, political science, and economics at the University of South Florida.
